Terms of service

ALARÁ is a premium womenswear and jewellery label designed in Kyiv, Ukraine. These terms apply to all purchases made through alarawear.com.

Orders

By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion.

Pre-order

Pieces marked Pre-order ship within 2-4 weeks of order date. Payment is taken at the time of order. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund.

Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard via Hutko (PUMB Bank, PCI-DSS compliant). Apple Pay and Google Pay are available on supported devices. All transactions are encrypted via SSL. Prices on alarawear.com are displayed in EUR, inclusive of applicable taxes.

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing info@alarawear.com. Once dispatched, standard return conditions apply.

Intellectual property

All content on alarawear.com including photography, designs, text, and branding  is the property of ALARÁ and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Consumer rights under EU, UK, Swiss, or Norwegian law are preserved where applicable.

For complaints that cannot be resolved directly, EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
