Returns & refunds
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive).
To initiate a return, email info@alarawear.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. Return the items within a further 14 days.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Original tags and hygiene seal must remain attached
- Original packaging preserved where possible
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied. Refunds are processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.
Non-returnable: earrings (hygiene), bespoke orders, items marked Final Sale.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for a different size of the same piece, subject to availability. For colour or style changes, please return the original item and place a new order.
Defective or incorrectly supplied items are exchanged at our expense. Email info@alarawear.com with photographs and your order number within 7 days of delivery.
