Payment
You can pay for your order using a bank card on our website.
Shipping & Returns
Delivery across Ukraine
Orders across Ukraine are delivered via Nova Poshta from Monday to Friday, with a delivery time of 1-3 days.
Delivery costs to Nova Poshta branches:
Free for orders over 5000 UAH.
Charged to the customer for orders up to 5000 UAH (between 45 UAH and 120 UAH).
Customers are responsible for paying the courier delivery fees based on Nova Poshta’s rates. Waybill numbers are generated automatically, so please monitor notifications from the courier service.
In some cases, we can offer same-day taxi delivery within Kyiv. For inquiries about this option, please reach out to us via our Instagram page @alara.wear.
International Order Delivery
International shipments are handled by the courier service Ukrposhta EMS. The prices listed on the international version of our website include delivery costs, so customers do not need to pay extra for shipping.
Estimated delivery times vary by destination country and can range from two to four weeks. Customers will receive shipment information and tracking numbers at the email address provided. If you haven’t received any delivery information for your order, please reach out to our support team at alara.wear.ua@gmail.com, including your order number in the email.
Due to the ongoing military aggression, we do not ship orders to Russia and Belarus.
Upon arrival in the destination country, international orders may incur customs duties and taxes imposed by the local customs service. We recommend reviewing the customs clearance rules and potential customs fees for your country before placing an order. We cannot predict or take responsibility for any additional customs charges. Returns
You can return items within 14 days of your purchase date.
In Ukraine, item return can be arranged through courier service. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in perfect condition. It should also be in its original packaging, and the safety line attached to the garment must remain uncut.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Items that have been damaged due to wear or improper storage cannot be exchanged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at alara.wear.ua@gmail.com
